Mission Statement

Brooke is a nurse at heart, through and through.

With more than a decade of experience in hospice and palliative care, Brooke has spent her career walking alongside patients and families during some of the most tender and challenging moments of their lives. Her background spans critical care, end of life care, leadership, and healthcare compliance, but what truly defines her work is how deeply she cares about people.

Brooke understands the realities families face when caring for a loved one. The worry. The exhaustion. The constant second guessing. She has been in the rooms where decisions are heavy and emotions run high, and she knows how important it is to feel supported, heard, and respected.

As a current Nurse Practitioner student, Brooke continues to expand her clinical knowledge, but her approach has always stayed the same. Care should be thoughtful, personal, and grounded in dignity. She believes seniors deserve to feel safe, valued, and seen, not rushed or overlooked.

Families often describe Brooke as calm, steady, and honest. She leads Desert Compass with integrity and a genuine commitment to doing right by the people who trust her with their care.
