Desert Compass began with a moment that happens quietly in homes every day.

A family standing in the kitchen, unsure what to do next. A spouse trying to hold everything together. An adult child overwhelmed by decisions they never expected to make. A patient who wants to stay home, but no longer feels safe doing so without help.

We saw these moments again and again. Not in boardrooms or business plans, but in living rooms, hospital rooms, and late-night phone calls. And we saw how often families were left to figure it out alone.

Care was available, but it often felt rushed, impersonal, or disconnected. Families were managing complex situations with very little guidance. What they needed was not just help, but clarity, steadiness, and someone who could truly walk alongside them.

Desert Compass was created to be that presence.
